Technology Management Solutions (TMS), LLC partners with clients to provide systems and supportability engineering and planning services. We leverage multifunctional teams to work with clients to analyze, plan, and execute weapon system life cycle management for aviation, naval, ground and special weapon systems. Through the TMS agile consulting approach, all projects are delivered to the highest standard for each and every client, every time. Tim leads system development projects and the TMS’s Client Development and Human Capital Development efforts. With greater than 30 years of experience in weapons system life cycle management across aviation, naval, ground and space domains to manage projects and teams delivering system engineering, reliability, maintainability and supportability engineering, integrated logistics support, and project management capabilities.
Tracey leads our Model Based Product Support and Integrated Product Data Management practices as well as leading the TMS’s Information Technology and Financial Management efforts. Tracey blends 27 years of experience in weapons system life cycle management across Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies with managing international transportation, installation, maintenance of commercial telecommunications equipment, and 6 years of military maintenance experience to have an end-to-end perspective on equipment supportability. He has extensive expertise developing and managing system product data to form the “digital thread.” Tracey is an expert in managing Logistics Product Data and system supportability analyses and modeling using applications such as Windchill Risk and Reliability and OPUS 10 Suite. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management.
